Fairly easy to navigate. Graphics are not all that exciting, but still engaging.

4. Fun Factor If the game is fun and engaging, students will be receptive to the concepts being taught, without being bored.
This game was some what fun. A lot like whack-a-mole, which is fun to most kids.

5. Wisconsin, Common Core State Standards, and/or WMELS: Make a list of two or three standards the games meet. Choose two from your discipline and one outside your discipline. If you are Early Childhood and/or Elementary, list Language and Literacy and one other core content area.

Multiply and divide multi-digit numbers and find common factors and multiples.
6.NS.4. Find the greatest common factor of two whole numbers less than or equal to 100 and the least common multiple of two whole numbers less than or equal to 12. Use the distributive property to express a sum of two whole numbers 1–100 with a common factor as a multiple of a sum of two whole numbers with no common factor. For example, express 36 + 8 as 4 (9 + 2). Apply and extend previous understandings of numbers to the system of rational numbers.

6. Ease in Finding an Educational Game Site: How difficult was each site to find?
This site was fairly easy to find. It seems to be a pretty popular site for educational games.

7. Bilingual: Look to see if there is an ELL component to the games. How difficult is the
ELL component to find within the websites?
None

8. DI: Could this game be used to differentiate instruction?
This can somewhat be used for differentiated instruction. It does keep score, but doesn't really challenge them to pass a level or anything like that.

Reflection: Reviewing Data

Reviewing data from assessment can be very beneficial. You can see where the students are comfortable in their knowledge and where they are struggling. This shows what concepts they do or do not understand. Therefore, you can use this data to "drive your instruction." You will know what concepts you no longer need to expand their knowledge, and which concepts you need to further explain for better understanding. Reviewing data from assessments can help you get a better understanding of your students' knowledge and provide them with a more effective learning environment.

Reflection Wallwisher

Wallwisher has many strengths. It is very easy to randomly start in the middle of class to organize and put down discussion ideas. Another nice feature is that you don't have to sign up for it to use it, neither do your students. Some weaknesses are that  it is a little difficult to share the URL and that it is hard to keep organized. One more weakness is that it does not refresh automatically, so the chance of saying the same thing is very likely. I would use wallwisher as a small group activity or to see what students know about a topic. A setting where I dont need to read all of the responses would be sufficient.

Reflection Group Podcast on Ch 2 &3

Having a group podcast was definitely interesting. It definitely got you to really think about what you were talking about and get a better understanding. This could be a fun project for students to do in class. It would allow them to think deeper and get a better understanding of the material they are discussing. However, I would maybe provide more individual time. It was a little distracting with having to record while other groups were recording.

Reflection to Self-grading tests

I really like the idea of using self-grading tests in the classroom. Its really neat that some of them will create a chart showing how students answered each questions. This will definitely become useful because it gives you instant results on what you may need to re-teach. A large group of students may have gotten the same question wrong, which means you may not have made the information for that question you were teaching clear to the students. This would make the self-grading tests very beneficial.
